SFS Projects
We take pride in every project we undertake for our customers, here are a number of SFS Infill schemes that we have had the pleasure to be involved in over the years.
Timber Yard, Birmingham
Timber Yard comprised of two large residential buildings in Birmingham which boasts a collection of 379 modern 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. Both buildings surround a private landscaped courtyard garden with the Ground Floor hosting a large commercial area for a range of uses.
The SFS Infill project was detailed to a Concrete Structure, with the project being phased between the two East and West buildings for ease of access to the site.
Pontoon Reach, London
Pontoon Reach is a four block development in the Royal Docks area of East London boasting 1, 2 & 3 Bedroom apartments. Central to these homes are the landscaped courtyard garden and a stunning resident's roof terrace.
The four blocks were detailed to a concrete structure ranging from 6 – 11 stories. We developed this project in Tekla Structures providing staged drawings along with a 3D Model for our client, this enabled us to provide all material lists upon Construction Sign Off.
Moulsecoomb Way, Brighton
This large brownfield site has been regenerated into a mixed-use development, comprising of Student Accommodation with over 350 beds along with community and employment spaces at Ground Floor.
This SFS infill Project detailed to a Concrete Structure, this was one of the largest projects the MACS Draughting Team have completed. The project was split into phases for site delivery and we successfully managed to hit all our deadlines and deliver the project on time for our client.
Cathcart House, Glasgow
Cathcart House is an exclusive redevelopment of a listed building, located in Glasgow. The iconic building was originally constructed as a factory and developed in to 1, 2 & 3 Bedroom apartments along with luxury 2 Bedroom Penthouses.
This project comprised of a redevelopment of an existing Concrete Structure ranging from Infill and Oversail Systems to the external Façade . The Penthouses were Load Bearing SFS built off a HR Steel Transfer Structure with a Gullwing Joisted Roof.
